The Problem
GrowthPath Digital was producing one long-form blog post per week but struggling to repurpose it across channels. Their content team would manually rewrite the post into tweets, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and Instagram captions — a process that took 8+ hours per post and often didn't happen at all.
The Approach

Analyzed their brand voice across all channels to create detailed tone-of-voice prompts for each platform

Built an n8n workflow triggered whenever a new post is published in Notion

Used Claude API with platform-specific system prompts to generate: 5 tweets/threads, 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 email newsletter, 3 Instagram captions

Each output is drafted in Buffer (social) and their email platform for human review before publishing

Added a feedback loop — the team can rate outputs, and the prompts auto-adjust over time
